ELC's new partnership with Cambridge Consortium

2009-2010 sees the start of a new and exciting partnership between the Eastern Leadership Centre (ELC) and the Cambridge Consortium.

2009-2010 sees the start of a new and exciting partnership between the Eastern Leadership Centre (ELC) and the Cambridge Consortium. Building on our shared passion for improving practice, as lead partner the ELC will boost the Consortium’s regional and national profile, as well as extending the professional services we can offer our many customers.

Seven successful specialist schools form the Cambridge Consortium, a training group working together to improve teaching, learning and leadership. They are:

  • Comberton Village College
  • Parkside Federation
  • Saffron Walden County High School
  • Sawtry Community College
  • Swavesey Village College
  • The Bishop’s Stortford High School
  • Valentines High School
  • Cambridge Consortium events attract an ever widening pool of schools and colleges. Teachers and school leaders recognise that the by schools for schools vision means high quality professional development that offers inspiring, relevant and practical strategies. We are delighted to introduce our fifth annual programme of CPD activities based in schools and tutored by school practitioners. To see a pdf copy of the programme click here.
