ELC charity donations

This Christmas the Eastern Leadership Centre decided not to purchase and send out paper-based Christmas cards, but instead to use technology to save energy, time and money by sending out E-cards. A worthwhile financial saving was made and we thought it appropriate to donate this money to worthwhile charities, working as we do to benefit children, young people and those who work on their behalf.
The charities that we chose were:
ELC would like to pass on a few words of thanks that we received:
"Thank you very much for your recent donation, which was raised in lieu of purchasing and mailing Christmas cards this year. We are so very grateful for all the support we receive which will help girls in Africa go to school"

Needless to say, we are planning our e-card for Christmas 2007 already!
