We understand that every teacher and educator at different stages in their career and in all phases of education, has different development needs. That’s why we offer a range of leadership and management development programmes to develop the potential of all education professionals.
Eastern Leadership Centre is a regional provider for national training programmes and acts on behalf of the National College for School Leadership (NCSL), the Training and Development Agency for Schools (TDA) and DCSF (Department for Children, Schools and Families). We also provide a range of training opportunities developed in-house by experts from within the education and leadership arena.
As well as being a regional provider, some ELC projects work across the UK. We also support major leadership development initiatives internationally.

The ELC is a major provider of national programmes for the NCSL and TDA and we are proud to continue that tradition.
