Looking to your Future
This programme has been developed to support early career teachers (2-5 years experience) by reflecting on their personal and professional needs. It has been mapped to meet requirements from the TDA Professional Standards for Teachers.
The programme consists of a full days workshop and two twilight sessions, along with carefully structured tasks in between. The focus is on self-reflection and building the skills of individuals to encourage more effective career development planning.
The programme will run during Summer and Autumn terms at the Eastern Leadership Centre in Cambridge and other locations throughout the Eastern region.
