Working Together for Success
The primary aim of this programme is to build sustainable team-working capacity in schools to support a more effective learning environment for pupils.
The programme has been specifically designed for senior leadership teams (SLT) to enable them to develop their team-working skills and behaviours to help them become more effective at meeting complex challenges within a rapidly changing educational environment.
The programme focuses on team working analysis, team development and builds team processes for the senior leadership by:
- developing team potential whatever the starting point;
- developing individuals as members of teams;
- enhancing whole team confidence & cohesion;
- finding ways to support & challenge each other as team members;
- equipping the SLT with skills & behaviours for more effective team working; and
- enabling teams to regularly review team practices.
The senior leadership team will be able to model effective team working for other teams in the school to enhance the school culture and improve the outcomes for staff, pupils and the school community.
Programme features and cost:
The programme is very flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of the school, therefore the cost can also be flexible.
