Leadership Update
Leadership Update is led by Geoff Southworth, formely of the National College for School Leadership, and a leading academic.
Geoff will be supported by experienced facilitators from the Eastern Leadership Centre, and educational innovators of national standing.
These half-day conferences are designed for any educational leader interested in the latest thinking. They have been arranged in afternoon slots to offer easier attendance for senior school leaders such as headteachers, deputies, business managers, assistant heads and governors.
What are the events about?
Each event centres on answering vital questions: 'what do we know about effective school leadership - and what might that mean for my school?'
You will have access to key research findings from the last decade, guided by an international expert in the field and followed through in discussion groups. The event also offers short 'innovation slots' for updates on innovations of interest to all schools.

Cost
Each Leadership Update conference event costs £90.00 per delegate, although the price will be reduced to £60 per person for additional bookings from the same organisation.
