Growing into Leadership
Growing into Leadership is for teachers who want to develop and grow as middle or senior leaders and maybe aspiring towards departmental, deputy or headteacher positions.
It is an ideal programme for more experieinced or senior-level teachers who are considering applying for promotion or NPQH: but would like to test their own leadership abilities and learn from experienced leaders and headteachers.
The programme consists of:
Each unit is designed to be stand-alone, allowing you to pick and choose units depending on your personal requirements. The units are not sequential,allowing for greater flexibility when booking.
The cost for a one day unit is £175 or take advantage of the discounted package rates:
2 unit package is £300
3 unit package is £450
(schools will be invoiced for the course fee prior to the event)
