Stepping into Leadership
ELC's Stepping into Leadership is a middle leadership development programme for teachers who have leadership and management responsibilities, subject leaders, pastoral leaders, SENCOs, gifted and talented coordinators, advanced skills teachers, assessment coordinators and career coordinators. It is written to support teachers in all phases of education, many of whom will aspire to senior leadership positions.
Stepping into Leadership is a three day development programme to support middle leaders in their role. The focus is on the generic skills and capabilities which are needed for middle leaders to become highly effective.
