All schools are eligible for the programme. Do not be deterred by the criteria as this will only be applied in the event of oversubscription. Application Process
Applications are welcome from individual schools or existing school networks. The programme is designed for a minimum of two participants per school. Each of these schools will require a school based coach to support their participants throughout the programme.
To take the next step please use the Expression of Interest form to list the names and email addresses of all the participants and the school based coach who wish to take part in the programme from your school. Ideally we need to have at least 2 participants from the school.
We will then contact you with details of how you can join a collaborative group in your area. The next stage will be the on-line application process, full instructions will be given.
The LftM Cancellation and Withdrawal policy should also be read prior to completing any applications.
