Senior Leaders
Senior Leaders are the schools leading professionals responsible for monitoring the academic work of students and the quality of teaching of the staff.
Members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) maybe also be involved in Succession Planning for the school, a crucial process for continued improvement in school standards.
The ELC hosts a variety of programmes and conferences for Senior Leaders and Succession Planning.
These programmes cater for experienced leaders who are not yet ready to pursue a headship position, including assistant & deputy headteachers. They also provide training for teams of school leaders who wish to improve their team effectiveness.
