INDUCTION PROGRAMME FOR PRIMARY OR SECONDARY DEPUTY OR ASSISTANT HEAD TEACHERS
Please note: In addition to the modules detailed below there is now an additional module to address the specific issues that leaders of Special Schools face. This will include management and interrogation of data in the special school sector, your contribution to SEF and people management, particularly the effective use of TAs, and is suitable for Primary, Secondary and Mixed Phase settings. This will run at ELC on 12th March 2009, at a cost of £150,and this has been developed in conjunction with the Federation of Leaders in Special Education in the East of England(FLSE).
For Primary schools -
Eastern Region Primary Deputy & Assistant Head Induction Programme 2008-09
Audience: ELC's Primary Deputy Headteacher Induction is for deputy or assistant headteachers in their first or second year of senior leadership, working in the leadership team in a primary setting.
Due to the previous high demand we will now be running 3 sets of dates, these are listed below. Please ensure that when booking these that you do not 'mix and match' the dates as these are set up to run as 3 seperate groups.

Day 1 - Wednesday 22 October 08
Day 2 - Friday 6 March 09
day 3 - Friday 5 June 09

At the Eastern Leadership Centre, Pampisford, cambridge the participant fee is £500.00 for all 3 days, plus £150 for the optional additional module for Special Schools.
At the National College for School Leadership Centre, Nottingham the participant fee is £550.00 for all 3 days.
