Secondary Deputy Head Induction Programme

Course Details

ELC's Secondary Deputy Headteacher Induction is for deputy or assistant headteachers in their first or second year of senior leadership, working in the leadership team in a secondary setting.

This course is for teachers who want to become effective
school leaders, work with teams, evaluate how good their school is and improve on past performance. It will develop the leadership skills and capacity of recently appointed deputy and assistant headteachers, helping especially to distribute leadership and the responsibility for continuous school improvement.
