TDA Regional Centre
The Eastern Leadership Centre (ELC) is the regional provider for the Development directorate of the Training & Development Agency (TDA) in the Eastern region. Our key focus is to support TDA in securing an effective school workforce to ensure that children have the best possible life chances. We are part of the regional delivery partnership and work closely with Beverly Jones the Regional Adviser.
The Regional Centre is a central point of contact for the delivery of TDA programmes. Our team of trainers and facilitators deliver programmes and support national and regional events.
We work very closely with all the Local Authorities in the region to deliver the Every Child Matters (ECM) agenda. In addition to this support we can provide bespoke events to meet particular needs.
Jacqueline McCamphill is the Regional Programme Leader and Michelle Collen is the Regional Centre Coordinator.
