Certificate of School Administration
The Eastern Leadership Centre (ELC) is offering administrative staff in schools the opportunity to gain a new qualification - The Certificate in School Administration (CSA).
ELC has successfully delivered the programme leading to the award of Certificate in School Business Management (CSBM) for the last 5 years and has recognised the need for other courses to meet the needs of admin staff in schools. The CSA course has been specially designed as an initial qualification in school administration.
The course takes approximately 6 months to complete and consist of 3 face-to-face modules. The modules cover:
Module 1: Knowing your School
Module 2: Working with People
Module 3: Knowing your Role

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive two awards:
This programme is offered locally and, in some cases, may be part-funded by the Local Authority.
