The Eastern Leadership Centre strives to improve educational leadership and change management.
Our aim is for learners, teachers and other educators to receive the best possible learning opportunities.
ELC has been established in partnership with:
- Headteachers, leadership teams and governors in schools
- Local Authorities
- Business Partners
Grant Bage is chief executive of the ELC. As with all of our programme leaders and directors, Grant has wide experience in the education sector. He has worked as a teacher, adviser and university lecturer, as well as leading a variety of regional and national educational projects concerned with teacher recruitment, innovation in learning and research and development. He describes leading the ELC as 'the perfect job for me - it has always been my conviction that leadership and learning are inextricably linked - and the ELC epitomises that approach.'
